Home Brands USA offers convenient shipping policy to customers. We currently only ships to the contiguous 48 states in the US and do not ship to PO boxes, APO, FPO, DPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada. Items in stock usually ship out of the warehouse in about 2 business days after your purchase date. After the product is shipped, a shipment confirmation will be sent to you with a Shipment Tracking ID.


Home Brands USA will ensure that products are shipped free of defects and damages. Home Brands USA offers returns in case of manufacturer defect or damage in the product and if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Home Brands USA, you can return the item(s) under the terms described on this page. Personalized and custom-made items cannot be returned, unless the item(s) are defective. Sample sizes (if available in a design and typically are under size 24" x 24", are meant for helping customers see a sample before purchasing actual larger rugs) are non-returnable/non-refundable. If return is for a non-defective item, we can still accept a return, if you cover shipping costs and restocking fee (see below). Loloi products have a stricter return time frame policy i.e. If you wish to exchange or return Loloi product (defective or non-defective), request a return within 5 calendar days from the date of delivery as shown by the shipping carrier's website using tracking ID (the rest of the policy/process applies as on this page). Subjective/Perception issues such as color difference/shade issues (which may appear differently on different computer/device screens), not exactly as shown on the site, minor wrinkles or loosening threads that are common with some rug materials/weavetypes and usually go away within a few days to weeks or can be handled with few simple remedies as we advise, not looking a good fit in the room setting/decor etc. are non-defect issues. We can still take returns under the policies as described on this page. Return requests are generally accepted with associated return costs discussed on this page. Larger rugs (7'9" x 10' and over) have larger shipping/return costs, and the total return costs applied are usually higher. We try to work with the customer on a reasonable resolution.

Note: Although we have been successful in meeting the shipping and delivery times, howevever, due to Corona/Covid19 pandemic situation, there may be delays due to various reasons.

If you request to cancel your order, you need to inform us within 3 hours of purchase. After that window, we will try to stop it but cannot guarantee. If an order is past the stage of cancellation in the process, and you still want to cancel it (even if the shipment is running late), we will advise you on the next step. The refund will only be issued after the item is returned back to the warehouse and inspected for any damages in which case you may incur return shipping cost and restocking fee if there was no original manufacturing defect. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us by email within 5 days after it is delivered to you. We offer free shipping on most products within the United States.
